SUBMARINE ADRIFT.
NAUTILUS IN THE ARCTIC.
ENGINES REPAIRED AT SEA. (Received Ausust 12, 8.]5 p.m.) OSLO. August 11. 'A message from Tromso says Sir Hubert Wilkins* submarine Nautilus was reported to he adrift in the Arctic. Her engines suddenly stopped shortly after she had left Tromso.
The crew worked all night to effect repairs, and the submarine Inter resumed her voyage.
