MISCONDUCT OF WIFE.
HUSBAND'S DECREE NISI, On the ground of his wife's misconduct. Frederick Bird (Mr. Schramm) sought a dissolution of his marriage with Caroline Eliza-bet It Ann Bird, before Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court yesterday. Sidney Unvin was named as co-respondent. Petitioner stated that the marriage took place in September, 1910, and his wife and be had lived together at Taiimarunui. Raetibi and Auckland. They had five children. He stated that his wife and the co-respondent had lived together from 1 lie beginning of last August till the cr/d of January. His Honor granted a decree nisi, with costs against the co respondent..
