OUTRAGE IN GERMANY. j j PASSENGERS INJURED. (.Received August 0. 11.43 p.m.) LONDON', August 9. An attempt was made to blow up the express train from Basle to Berlin. While the train -was passing the station at Juterbog, 50 miles south of Berlin, the driver lieard a. noise a:ud immediately applied the brakes in an attempt to stop the train. I Before ho could do so seven passenger j coaches, the luggage van and the dining- j car were derailed and fell dovrn an em- ! bankment. Nineteen, passengers v.'cro in- j jured, three of them seriously. j
