PLIGHT OF TOURISTS.
STRANDED IN FRANCE. PARIS, July 20. Thousands of German tourists and students who are unable to exchange marks for francs are reduced to a condition of despair. They are unable to pay their hotel bills or get home. Hie German Embassy will assist them.
