SOVIET BUTTER.
CONDITIONS IN FACTORY. A NAUSEATING REPORT. (Keceived July 15, 8.35 p.m.) LONDON, July 15. The reports of vile conditions surrounding the production of Soviet butter are confirmed in an article in Pravda, a Moscow daily newspaper, which contains the report of an official commission which was sent to inspect the factory at Molochnoe, one of the largest controlled by the export trust. Two thousand head of cattle were found in a shocking state of neglect. The conditions of manufacture arc described as so appallingly bad that it is sometimes necessary to destroy the pioduct.
