COTTON FOR RUSSIA.
AMERICAN REFUSAL TO SELL. ACTION OF FARM BOARD. (Received July 10, 7.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 9. The Federal Farm Board has refused to sell 250,000 bales of cotton on credit to Amtorg, the Soviet trading corporation, on the ground that the United States does not recognise the Soviet Government.
