NO MORE CURLS.
Parisian women are all cutting off their hair again; and a good many London women are doing so, too, - states a Londoner. I rather think that, except for the few with long, graceful necks—whom the style really suits—those little bunched curls are doomed. There have always been a few very smart women who would not pander to that longer-hair fashion, believing that it would not suit them and firmly determined to abide by their own taste.
