British Wireless. RUGBY, Juno 16. It was stated in tho Houso of Commons to-day that a joint committee of the cotton trade organisations is now engaged on a close investigation into all sections of nhe cotton industry, with a view to formulating plans and dealing with the adjustment of tho capacity of the mills, and all other measures that could be or encouraged by joint action.
