Notice is hereby given tbut in pursuance and exercise 'of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Sections 51 to 59 of the Rating Act, 1925, Section 108 of the Road Boards Act, 1908. Section 52 of the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1920, and Sections 21 to 23 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 192G, the Amendments of the said Acts, and of all other powers it enabling, it is the intention of tho Ostend Road Board at a meeting to bo held at the Office of the Board on SATURDAY, the 4th day of July, 1931, to make and levy for the year commencing on tho lßt day of April, 1931, and ending on, the 31st day of March, 1932, the following rates, viz:— (1) A General Rate of Twopence and Eight-tenths of a Penny (2 8-10ths) in the £. (2) A Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of Seven-tenths of a Penny (7-lOths) in the £. (3) Tho Special Rate (recurrent) to provide interest and sinking fund on special loans to remain as struck, but that only an amount sufficient to meet requirements be collected as follows: A Rate of One Penny (Id) in tho £.
