MT. ALBERT CROQUET CLUB.
Tlio annual gencrnl meeting of tho Mount Albert Croquet Club was held on Wednesday. Mrs. Page, the president, presided over a largo gathering of members and presented tlio prizes for tlio past season to tlio following winners:—"A" championship, Mrs. Maxwell; "A" doubles, Mrs. Edwards and Mrs. Stuart; "B" championship, Mrs. Sharp; "B" doubles, Mrs. Sharp and Mrs. Smith; handicap doubles, Mrs. Edwards and Mrs. Woodward; progressive for season, "A," Mrs. Alder; " B," Mrs. McKay. Tlio report and balance-sheet showed that tho past season had been a vory successful one. Tho following officors were elected :—Patrons, Mr, Mutins, M.P., Mr. Stillwell, Mr. A. W. Pago and Sir George Fowlds; president, Mrs. Windsor; vice-presidents, Mrs. Hodgson and Mrs Pago; secretary, Mrs. Robertson; treasurer, Mrs. Angus; committoe. Mrs. Maxwell, Mrs. McKay, Mrs. James, Mrs. Townley, Mrs. Smith and Miss Lanibe; match committee, Mrs. Maxwell, Mrs. Angus and Mrs. Edwards; delegates to Croquet Association, Mrs. Windsor and Mrs. Robertson; hon. auditor, Mr. Maxwell; green superintendents, Mrs. Robertson and Mrs. Forsyth.
