Their Excellencies the Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, and the Lady Bledisloe attended the Auckland Racing Club's winter meeting at Ellerslie on Saturday and later in tho ;.fternoon witnessed matches in the Auckland Rugby Union's senior competition at Eden I'ark. In tho evening they were present at the pianoforte recital by Misclia Levitzki in the Town Hall. Their Excellencies attended the King's Birthday service at St. Matthew's Church yesterday morning, the combined Boy Scouts' and "Girl Guides' service in the Town Hall in the afternoon, and tho evening service at-St. Paul's Church.
