FOUR STOWAWAYS FOUND.
DISCOVERY ON PAKEHA. A VOYAGE TO LONDON. Four stowaways are on board the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Pakeha, which left Auckland for London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe on Sunday morning. The men concealed themuelves on the steamer before she sailed, and wireless advice from the vessel states that they were not discovered until the vessel was a considerable distance out at sea. Had the Pakeha been proceeding to London via Colon the stowaways would have been landed at Panama and thence sent back to New Zealand by any other vessel on the way to this country. As it is, however, the Pakeha is proceeding to England by the Cape Horn route, and sho is not likely to meet any New Zea-land-bound vessels. In eonsequence, the stowaways will have to remain on board until the vessel reaches London, about July 9.
