VERDICT AT SECOND TRIAL. CASE AT NEW PLYMOUTH. [BT TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NEW PLYMOUTH. Thursday. Not guilty on all charges was the verdict of tho jury this evening at the second trial in the Supreme Court of Arthur Freeman Palmer, former headmaster of the Tikorangi School, on one chargo of unlawful carnal knowledge and four charges of indecent assault on girl pupils of the school. The jury, under escort, visited the school, 12 miles away. At the previous hearing the jury disagreed.
