Lysaght, created so much controversy that it was finally referred to tho Supreme Court Judges for a report. The Judges unanimously express the opinion that tho bill will prove unworkable and aggravate the evils it is designed to cure. It would enormously increase delay and expense, as well as create greater uncertainty in tho law. The bill proposed to make revolutionary changes in tho methods of procedure and costs, which would lead to most unsalis factory results.
