HOWICK TOWN BOARD. MR. H. H. BUSHELL ELECTED. , ' 4Slightly more than 50 per cent, of the electors on the roll voted yesterdayjn flie contest for-a vacant seat on tlie Ilnwiok Town Board. Mr. H. 11. Bushel!.'a former member of the board, was returned by a majority of 14 over Mr. W. E. Sivewright. Mr. Bushell polled 165 votes, against the 151 secured by his opponent. There were 718 voters on the roll, which included the extended area at Cockle Bay recently included in the board's 'district. The vacancy on the board was caused by the resignation of Mr. L. 11. White, jun.
