In pursuance and exercise of the Powers conferred on it by "The Public Works Act, 1928," " The Motor Vehicles Act, 1924, ' and amendments} and the regulations and amending regulations thereunder, the Council of tho County of Whakatane hereby gives public notice of its intention to classify tho Waikirrenioana-Ruatahuna Road within the County of AVhakatane, within the meaning of Regulation 7 as amended by The MotorLorry Regulations, Amendment No. 4, etc.. as a fifth-class road.
