No bids were received for the lease of the Hamilton Town Hall and borough offices, which was offered at auction in Hamilton to-day. The leaso was offered for a term of 21 years, with a right of renew.il at a reserve rental of £6O per annum and subject to an existing lease to the present occupier, the Hamilton Picture Corporation, Limited. The purchase price was fixed at £2500.
