SPANISH REPUBLIC.
THE NEW PARLIAMENT. ELECTION OF 400 MEMBERS. Times Cable. MADRID, May 6. The Madrid correspondent of the Times says the new Parliament will consist of 400 members, each one representing 50,000 inhabitants. Priests, women and civil servants may be candidates. The voting age is 23. The Army will be composed of 100,000 men, in eight divisions.
