FASTIDIOUS CONCRETE-MIXER A fastidiously-dressed young man appeared before Judge Moule in the Melbourne Court recently to appeal against a sentence of imprisonment that had been imposed on him by tlio magistrates . for picking pockets. When the Crown prosecutor asked him what his occupation was, he said, "A labourer." In reply to further questions he said that he worked for a builder carrying bricks and mixing con-, crcte.
