FRENCH TEXTILE WORKERS
APPEAL TO GOVERNMENT.

Times Cable. LONDON. April 11. The Paris correspondent of the Times says the employers in the textile industry at Roubaix and Turcoing have informed the trades unions that the economic crisis necessitates a considerable reduction in wages. This affects 100,000 workers, who have appealed to tbe Government.
