SPORTS FIXTURES.
RAINI CAUSES POSTPONEMENT
Although several sports fixtures were decided ,on Saturday rain and heavy grounds caused a postponement of others. It was found impossible to proceed with cricket matches under the control of the Auckland and Suburban Associations, the finals of the hard-court championships of the Auckland Lawn Tennis Association and the championship, carnival of the Auckland Cycle Club at tho Western Springs Stadium.
