A most enjoyable programme was preskilled by flic Auckland Municipal liatu] to an appreciative audience in tlie Town Hall 011 Saturday evening. The selections rendered included Wagner's " Flvintr Dutchman" overture, Weber's "Preciosa," Bizet's " Jeux d'Enfanls," selections from " The Pirates of Penzance " and several lighter numbers. t'luto and cornet solos by members of tlie hand and items by Miss Nellie Lingard. contralto, and blaster Desmond Casey, the hoy soprano, provided added enjoyment to tlie programme. The hand played in the Zoological Park yesterday afternoon.
