FAREWELL TO MINISTER.
FUNCTION AT TE AROHA. [FROM Ol\R own correspondent.] TK AROHA, Saturday. A farewell to the Rev. H. J. Odell, who for two years has been Methodist minister at Te Arolia, was given this week. The Wesley Hall was crowded. Mr. C. F. Horn presided and on behalf of the church members presented Mr. Odell with a leather travelling bag. A presentation was alfo made by Mr. H. Ward on behalf of the Te A roil a Hockey Club. Gifts wet" also made to Mrs. Odeil. Mr. Odell briefly responded, slating that he had made many life long friendships in Te Arolia. which lie considered tho most friendly town in which ho had yet In ed.
