At tho meeting of the New Zealand Trotting Board yesterday (ho Wellington Trotting Club advised that M. Holmes had been cautioned for crossing and interfering with Gunliourne while driving Lady Author in the Railway Handicap on February 1-1. Members of the board were of opinion that a fino should have been imposed. It was decided that the action of the Hub should bo endorsed and that Holmes be fined X2O.
