REGULATIONS SUSPENDED. [BY telegranr. —own correspondent.] WELLINGTON. Wednesday. The temporary suspension of the dipping regulations in tho northern area has been announced by tho Hon. J. A. Murdoch, Minister of Agriculture. He stated that the exemption, which had been decided upon in view of tho present difficulties attendant upon the sale of stock, would apply to all stock moved to and from the area, but not to stock sent from a dirty to a clean area, The effect of this would be to relieve owners from considerable expense in dipping fees.
