BRUSSELS MEMORIAL. (Received March "J, 5.5 p.m.) BRUSSELS, March P. What is perhaps tho most unusual memorial of the Great War—one erected in memory of the carrier pigeons used in the hostilities —was unveiled to-day in tho presence of notable people of Brussels, including tho Burgomaster, M. Max Consists. The memorial comprises the figure of a woman with a pigeon iri one hand. It is inscribed: To our pigeon soldiers.,"
