ELECTIONS IN ENGLAND. CANDIDATES FOR LONDON. (Received March 1. 6.5. p.m.) British Wireless. RUG BY. Feb. 28. In the first few days of March County Council elections will bo held all over England arid campaigns are in progress. On Thursday next the elections will be held by the London County Council, which governs the Administrative County of London, with an area of 117 square miles, and which budgets for moro than £30,000,000 per annum. The 61 divisions will return 124 members, and 279 candidates have been nominated, of whom 12 have been returned unopposed. The candidates include 107 Labour, 106 Municipal Reformers, 27 Liberals and 14 Communists.
