LEAGUE AND UNEMPLOYMENT«■
LQNDON. Feb. 3,

Joint execution of extensive public works of an international character, and international co-operation in enabling workers to be placed in regions capable of utilising their services, is advocated by the International Labour Office's Unemployment Committee.
