HAWKE'S BAY AREA. RECORDS NOT DESTROYED. The management of the Black Cat Art Union' announces that the Hawke's Bay district agent's art union records were not destroyed in the recent disaster. All Hawko's Bay ticket-holders aro assured of inclusion in the draw. _ The' only difficulty arising from the destruction of ticket butts in the premises of selling agents will bo that it prizewinning tickets aro among them tho names of .thoso particular holders cannot be announced at the conclusion of the draw.
