DIXIELAND CABARET.
Dixieland was gay with dancers on Saturday evening, when many visitors were present. The cool atmosphere and subdued lighting effects made dancing most'attractive. The Dixieland Orchestra under Mr. IT. Ncilson played enlivening danco numbers during tho evening.
Among those present were:—Mrs. Pitcaitliley, who woro a frock of shell pink satin ami silver lace; Mrs. Vera' Coleman, black georgette; Mrs. Ward, black georgette; Miss Campion, pink georgette and black crystal trimming; Miss B. Ballantyne, orchid green figured taffeta ; Miss L. Smith, green georgette and gold lace; Miss K. MeLeod, lemon ' 11a red lace frock; Miss Tun-ell (Clnistchurch), cinnamon georgette; Miss Alma 'Knight, lemon frilled taffeta; Miss Irma Rowell, floral nition; Miss Ida George;' salmon pink satin and tulle; Miss Mary Worthington. floral liinon; Miss Hammonds, orange shaded taffeta; Miss S."Noric, pale pink georgette; Miss Home, floral jiinon; Miss Curtis, flesh pink georgette; Miss Edna Ward, black laco frock.
