REPUBLICANS ARRESTED FLEEING MEN PURSUED. (Received February 8. 6.55 p.m.) LONDON. Feb. 8. Twenty Irishmen were surprised while engaged in military drill at a farm in Tipperary at night. They fled and were pursued by detectives who at daybreak had secured four of the men. They ,were charged with military drilling for purposes treasonable to the State. A search in (lie vicinity of the drill ground revealed revolvers and ammunition. '

One of the accused lurried States evidence. ITo said they belonged to the Irish Republican Aimv. The rricn 'were* remanded.
