THE CLEVEDON FIXTURE. RECORD ENTRY OF HUNTERS. CHAMPIONSHIPS AND PRIZE-LIST. The Clevedon Agricultural and Pastoral Association's twenty-second annual show on Saturday proved very successful. Although entries were a little below last year's total, the classes for hunters were a record for the association. The 62ri(] annual show of the Rodney Agricultural Society was held in the Show Grounds, ."Wark worth, on Saturday under ideal weather conditions. The exhibits in most classes wero wejl up to the average, thctotal number of entries in all classes being 1055. Agricultural horses were in better numbers than usual. Jersey cattle showed the highest entry in the cattle section. ALBANY FRUITGROWERS. SUCCESSFUL FUNCTION. A successful exhibition of dairy cattle, horses, fruit, flowers arid vegetables was held at Albany on Saturday under the Auspices of the Albany Fruitgrowers' Association. The opening ceremony was per* formed by Air. A- Harris, M.P. The in« door exhibits, staged in the Coronatio* Hall, were of high quality and made an attractive display. ; The ring events were oonducted_ in the association's showgrounds adjoining the hall, and there was a good representation of light horses. The pedigree Jersey cattle received high commendation from the judge.
