NINE . VICTIMS DEAD. SEVEN CASES OF ASSAULT. (Received February G, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN. Feb. 5. A message from Dusseldorf says tho Public Prosecutor indicates that Kuerten, known as tho Dusseldorf Jack the Ripper, committed nine murders and seven assaults. The first murder was that of a little girl in 1913. This was not solved until Kuerten's confession of all the other crimes in 1929 and 1930.
