Pririco George, Their Majesties' " baby," recently celebrated his 28th birthday, which reminds us that the younger members of the Royal House are " getting on," states the writer. The Prince of Wales is 36, the Duke of York is 35, and the Duke of Gloucester 30. The Duke of York married when he was 27, but his brothers show no inclination for matrimony. Prince George is good-looking and has great charm of manner. He docs notvet make impromptu speeches at public functions, but has a good memory and seldom takes more than a glance at his notes.
