CHEESE TO BUTTER.

CHANGE IN PRODUCTION SUNNY PARK COMPANY. [DV TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] MATAMATA, Friday. A decision to change over from cheese (o butter-making was reached by milk suppliers to the Sunny Park Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, To Poi, at a special meeting yesterday. This step was taken owing to the low prices being received on the cheese market. Last season the company manufactured 630 tons of cheese, and in the past winter a new butter factory, capable of handling 600 tons of butter was erected. The change-over, therefore, entails littlo in convenience, and butter-making commenced to-day.
