DUCHESS OF YORK AT PARTY.
A FROCK OF WHITE CHIFFON. When the Duke and Duchess of York and tho Queen of Spain, dined with Mrs. Ronald Greville, at 16, Charles Street, they found their hostess had sustained an injury to a foot and was seated in a wheeled chair.
Thirty-six guests sat at the long table, among them the Queen of Spain's two daughters, who were dressed in white with emerald' green shoes and belts. Lady Louis Mountbatten wore black satin with a marvellous emerald and diamond chain. The Duchess of York, wore white chiffon, but 110 tiara. The Maharajah of Bikaner escorted her upstairs to tho dining room. Many young girls, nearly all of them wearing white, sat at a separate table decorated with red roses.
