TWO WEDDING RINGS.
GOLD AND PLATINUM. To be liiairied with two wedding rings was the fancy of Miss Helen Bourne. She was married recently at St. Albans Cathedral to Dr. YV. S C. Copeinan, of llarley Street, London Dr. Copen ar said before the wedding:— "My fiancee prefers platinum. All'her jewellery is set in platinum, and she wants her wedding ring to match. 1 prefer the old-fashioned gold ring. I know that gold is not worn these flays by the fashionable woman, but I like it for a wedding ring. " I will not givo in over this, and Miss Bourne will not give in either, so we have had to get. special permission from the Dean of the Cathedral for two wedding rings to be worn. Miss Bourne is going to wear a gold wedding ring for day and ,i platinum-.wedding ring set. with diamonds at night " IJol.li rings, to lie bona fide wedding Pings, have to be blessed during the service. This was emphasised by the Dean."
