CLEMENCEAU'S STATUE.

DISPUTE AS TO SCULPTOR. AWKWARD POSITION CAUSED. PARIS, Jan. 1. The late M. Clemenceau's daughter says that M. Francois Sicard, who designed the Archibald Memorial Fountain for ITvde Park, Sydney, must have the commission to execute the statue of her father, to be erected in the ■ Champs Elysees.
