The leading scores in the handicap competition of the Morrinsville Defence Rifle Club are as follows:—A. Tophara (10), 47. 42 99; R. W. Grigsby (5). 44. 40-89; K. Aitken (7), 39, 48—89; J. Findlay (15), 38, 23 81. . . The club championship for the Leeson Cup and Butler Medal resulted:—R. W. Grigsby, 26fi; W. McDonald, 257: V. Wallace, 255; A. Topham, 253; J. C. Brown, 249. In the. handicap competition for the Arthur H.-Aitken Memorial Cup the best scores at the end of the first section are as follows: R. W. Grigsby. 285: V. "Wallace, 280; J. C. Browne, 277; W. McDonald, 1 277; L. Aiken, 275: A, Topham, 274; R. A. S. Browne, 2"1.
