POLICE COURT NEWS.
CHARGE OF THEFT. A charge of Ktoaling a suitcaso, which with the contents was valued at £l4, was preferred against Alfred Henry Duck, ■aged 54, labourer (Mr. Aokius), in tho Polico Court yesterday, before Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M. Accused was remanded to appear to-morrow, bail being allowed in tho sum of £IOO.
