THE NEW VICEROY.
LORD WILLINGDON'S PLANS. DEPARTURE IN APRIL. British Wireless. RUGBY. Jan. 1. The new Viceroy of India, Viscount Willingdon, intends to sail for India from Marseilles on April 3. He will arrive at Bombay on April 17. The retiring Viceroy, Lord Irwin, will leave Bombay for England on the following day.
