PRINCE OF MONACO.
A TEMPORARY DICTATOR. SUSPENSION OF COUNCILS. (Received Dpcemner 28. 5.5 p.m.) MONTE CARLO, Dec. 27. Prince Louis of Monaco has suspended both the National and the Communal Councils and has become dictator temporarily. The object is stated to be to give the Principality a breathing space to allow political and personal storms to subside.
