The defendant Powell is counter-claiming for £1055 for cows alleged to be missing and moneys due under a bill of sale and on agreement. As Mr. Justice Peed, who is trying ♦he case, is to be occupied with Prisons' Board business to-day and to-morrow, the hearing was adjourned until Monday. Mr. Chalmers has still some submissions to make to the Court on points of law*
