DAIRY FARM DISPUTE.
CASE NOT YET CONCLUDED. Counsels' addresses in (lip. Te Teko dairy farm dispute were sfill not, completed yesterday when the Supreme Court, rose. The case, which has occupied (lie Court continuously since Tuc'sdav of last, week, is one in which Mrs. Fiances Hannah Sislev, dairy farmer, of Te Teko (Mr. Chalmers), is claiming X 25. 7 jo damages for alleged trespass, seizure of cattle and of a farm from George Powell (Mr. Northcroft), another dairy farmer and stock-dealer in the district. The defendant Powell is counter-claiming for £1055 for cows alleged to be missing and moneys due under a bill of sale and on agreement. As Mr. Justice Peed, who is trying ♦he case, is to be occupied with Prisons' Board business to-day and to-morrow, the hearing was adjourned until Monday. Mr. Chalmers has still some submissions to make to the Court on points of law*
