PRAYER CAMPAIGN.

Thr, opening of the prayer awl revival campaign, which was inspired by (lie success of Ihe nil-night prayer meetings held every Friday for tlio past, 22 weeks in the Cirango Road Baptist Church, took place in the campaign room, If'ergiisson IJnilclings, last evening. The movement, which is under the direction of Mr. Harry Dawson, has been reinforced by the. Christian Alliance of Women and Girls and other evangelical bodies. Tho Ucv. E. 11. Harries, who presided, said the movomont was intended to assist all denominations. There was no intention or desire to establish a new sect. The Rev. John Laird, the He v. A. S. Wilson, the Rev. H. Knowles Kempton, Ensign Pollock of tho Salvation Army, and Dr. W. 11. Pettitt also spoke.
