WELCOME TO GANGSTER.
DIAMOND AT PHILADELPHIA. NEW YORK, Sept. 23. A message from Philadelphia states that when Jack Diamond, a notorious gangster who was recently refusod admission to England, France and Belgium, and finally deported from Germany, arrived at his home ho was met by a welcoming committee of three Philadelphia lawyers, 30 detectives and a motor-car loaded with arms and tear gas bombs.
