Sigley wero charged with smoking in a city cinema theatre and wero fined 10s each, plus costs, 13s. Described as a musician, Robert Stewart Jackson, aged 48, was charged with indecently assaulting a girl, aged 11 years 11 months, at Avondale. On the application of tho police tho mngistrato remanded the accused until Thursday.
