OBITUARY.
MR. JOHN HENRY MORRIS. [ISY TELKGRAIUI.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] PUTARURU. Thursday. Tlio death lins occurred at Putaruru of Mr. John Henry Morris, aged 63. Born at Sheffield, Mr. Morris arrived in Auckland in 1885. He engaged in the brewing business in Auckland and Paeroa, and then established a firm of contracting carriers at Putaruru. Ho is survived by his widow, four sons and three, daughters. There are 21 grandchildren. MR. W. F. McL. BUCKLEY. [ISY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CIIRISTCrJUUCII. Thursday. The death has occurred in Christchurch of Mr. William Frederick McLean Buck ley, at the ago of 69. For some time ho was chairman of tho Canterbury Jockey Club, and was once, a well-known polo player and horse breeder. MR. OBED CAYGILL. [I»V TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] CHRISTC.UUKCII. Thursday. Tho denth occurred this evening of Mr. Obed Caygill, at tho ago of 67 years."Mr. Caygill played cricket at Christchurch for 38 years and for many years was prominent in the administration of the game.
