HUSBAND who went away. A petition for the restitution of conjugal rights by Ailsa Beryl Jenkiiis (Mr. Hart) against Lancelot Heath Jenkins was granted/ by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court yesterday. Petitioner stated that they were married in March, 1928. On January 20 last her husband left her to go to Wanganui, expressing his intention of leaving her for ever. When she wrote asking him to return he replied that it was no use. He was convinced that it would be impossible for them to live together, as their natures were so different that there would only be rocks ahead. •
His Honor issued an order for the rectum of the husband to his wife within 21 * days ;,vd awarded costs on the lower scale against him.
