BRITISH CHALLENGER. SIR THOMAS LIPTON SAILS. (Received August 11, 5.15 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, August 10. Sir Thomas Lipton sailed for New York to-day to race his yacht Shamrock V. against the yacht selected to represent the United States for tho America's Cup. Sir Thomas is extremely optimistic about the Shamrock's chances.
