Mrs. Victor Bruce proposes to start in less than six weeks' time on a long solo flight, in the course of which it is expected she will visit Australia.

The Hon. Mrs. Victor Bruce is the wife of the youngest son of Ihe late Lord Aberdare. She has travelled farthest north into Lapland by motor-car and holds 17 world's records for motoring, including the 24 hours' record. She drovo 2164 miles single-handed in 24 hours.
